Thank you for your concern for those that thought I'd left this planet. We are back to work!

Roxy- never leaves my side |

Maggie hard at work |
Roxy and Maggie have been waiting to get back to work. It is not as if I was sluffing off. I have been all over the country. I taught a week in Haliburton then a week at Allison Palmers Studio in Connecticut and then I took a two week vacation that included more of Halliburton, Ohio, NC and some time with Ronnie the Rat in NY. . I haven't given myself a vacation in over 40 years. It has all been clay, clay and more clay. My blog is about clay and I haven't done any for the past couple of weeks. I never thought I could but I did and loved it. Found someone special that makes me want to work to live not live to work.
Although I didn't have my hands in clay up until yesterday I haven't exactly been laying on the beach.
Lots of plans for 2020 that I will unveil in the next week or so.
Monday after catch up with men's work- groceries, laundry, house cleaning, bills to be paid I went to the studio to throw for 4 hours. 8 teapots, 8 lids, 8 pedestals and 24 cups. Now it is going to take me 2 days to finish 4 hours of throwing. Trimming, textures, handles, spouts oh my gawd does it ever end? For me pots are just canvases for handles and additions.
