This week I experienced a week of givers. People that are generous. I got a beautiful charcuterie board from my friend Christine "Woodstock" Torres as well as a jar of F'ing amazing dill pickles. From London Potters Guild Crazy Cathy a beautiful orchid, and from C2C Gallery a beautiful porcelain chawan by one of my favourite people Judi Dyelle. I did an interview with Cyndi of C2C and she had Judi send me the cup. Some peope are born with class.
I heard second hand that I was too social and too generous to be successful in business. Hmmm, ain't that interesting. I really don't know what to think about that. Stop being generous and stop being kind to people and I will be successful. No thanks! I'd rather have these small pleasures than be a successful businessman. What is success? Come on my readers fill me in. I thnk I have it and it isn't a bank deposit. Course in Portugal is looking good. I'm sooooo excited . I will give all I have and you can take that to the bank. Hugs, T

Mary Fox sees the Legacy Project as a chance for a young artist to have the time and space to develop their skills and live the life of a studio potter. They could sell the work they produce through the gallery and by the end of their residency they should know whether the life of a studio potter is for them. If it is, hopefully, they will have been able to save enough to go on and start a pottery of their own.
